The need to nurture global business leaders is becoming increasingly apparent. Especially in the Asian region, where the economic growth potential is higher, it is crucial for Japanese firms to enhance and expand their business networks and nurture leaders who can develop new markets and understand local environments, social systems, economies and industries, as well as the governance, history and culture of Asian countries.
